      ISGB and IRGB detachable piping centrifugal pumps are successful development based upon IS and ISG vertical pumps, embodying the advanced technology abroad and the production expertise of ours and precious experience from the mass users through the years. These detachable vertical centrifugal pumps, provided with original structure and leading technology, are superior to their counterparts. This series of products are recognized ’Qualified’ by National Testing Center for Pump Products, Zhenjiang Branch. As a fill-up of domestic blank, and strictly designed and manufactured to ISO2858, this series of products are provided with the advanced performances in line with the international counterparts.
     This series of products are processed with audacious design. Pump shaft is provided with an independent support, a solution to the deficiency of extended shaft supported by motor bearing in ISG and ISW pumps. Impeller and pump body are designed and manufactured with modern outstanding hydraulic model to eliminate the axial and radial force of vertical pumps, making the bearings at pump shaft and motor only encountered with slight axial and radial force. Y series standard motor and detachable structure make it away from the headache of replacing the wearing parts in high-power pumps, such as bearing, mechanical seal, impeller and etc.
    Compared with the products of the same kind at home, this series of pumps are distinctively advantaged with steady running, long service life, convenient matching, easy maintenance and etc., making them the ideal substitutes to the conventional ISG vertical pumps, IS centrifugal pumps and S-type double entry pump etc.

      Pump casting:it is a kind of pipes-joined spirai pump casing,adpot the best hydraulic model to design. The suction and discharge nozzles have the diameter of same dimension,and the centers of the circles are in the same line.
      Impeller:it is a kind of enclosed cast iron inpeller ,and its best hydraulic model guarantees the efficiency and reliability of pump.
   Mechanical seal :it is free of mainfenance and free to rotation if used in the water below 80º or 120º. The special design for dynamic ring can guarantee the reliability of seal.

     Pump shaft and motor shaft are rigid connected ,completely concentric ,with small vibration and low noise.
     The inlet and outlet calibers are the same and on the same line,thereby,the pump, just like valve ,can be mounted at any a position on the pipeline .
     Pump shaft is provided with an independent bearing ,so that motor bearing can work more dependable.
    Use the method of compulisive circulation to improve the operating conditions of mechanical seal ,thus to lengthen ist service life .
